Hunter is a retired (2024) RN and board-certified holistic and hospice nurse and health and wellness nurse coach, a deeply rewarding career that spanned 33 years.  Her experiential background and training include the role of belief and spirituality in whole person transformation; embracing death, dying and grief; equine-facilitated healing; Healing Touch; integrative medicine; embodied trauma healing; organic gardening; living from infinite possibility; and co-creating with Love. Hunter Purdy

Hunter’s journey with Family Constellation Work began in 1996 at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA when she had paused her holistic and hospice nursing work in search of her own deeper healing. There she met, and for the following years assisted, German psychotherapist, Heinz Stark, mentee of FCW founder, Bert Hellinger, to introduce this profoundly transformative approach to the United States. Her immersive experiences as a recipient of the work, assisting Heinz, and witnessing Bert Hellinger working with others was life-altering.
