Fall Alignment in the Year of the Snake

Happy November, friends. Getting dark earlier, getting cooler at night, pulling out the gloves and warm blankets. You guys ready for this winter season coming?
Here's the thing- some people love winter, and some dread it. Either way, it is nature's way to rest, heal, and come back with energy for new growth in the spring. If the whole year was one day cycle, winter is nighttime. How does it work for you when you fight sleep at night? Try to keep busy until the wee hours in the morning, eat crappy food and work or party or binge watch tv? Do you feel great and rested and energized in the morning? Probably not. The same applies to winter. If you are able to follow this inner season, your being will come into Spring with fresh energy, just like when you sleep well at night (which will be the year of the horse next- all about the heart outer embodiment). But if you keep super busy this winter, don't take inner time to rest and rejuvenate, you're going to come into Spring running on fumes and not feeling great. This Year of the Yin Wood Snake, is all about inner alchemy, and this winter is the perfect encapsulation of all this year has brought you. It's a time to root, ground, rest, integrate and settle into the lessons and inner transformations this year has brought. And next Year of the Horse will ask us to come into ourselves and the world and embody those inner transformations. You've got this! And we're here for support.
