Job Title: Holistic Clinic Manager
Dynamic and compassionate Clinic Manager to lead our natural medicine clinic with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism. This essential role ensures seamless operations, outstanding patient care, and effective business management. The ideal candidate is outgoing, kind, and highly organized, capable of balancing multiple responsibilities while fostering a supportive team environment. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, coordinating staff schedules, managing financial responsibilities, and delivering exceptional customer service. A deep sense of respect for our patients, a genuine appreciation for holistic medicine (or openness to it), and a charming, personable demeanor are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
● Clinic Operations Management: Ensure the clinic runs efficiently by managing schedules, maintaining supplies and products, overseeing daily functions and ensuring smooth patient flow.
● Patient Experience: Provide excellent customer service, manage patient inquiries, and ensure a clean and welcoming clinic environment.
● Practitioner Support: Assist new team members with training and profile set-up and other various needs. Oversee availability of clean and stocked treatment rooms and linens. Occasionally assist with treatments.
● Financial Oversight: Monitor clinic budgets, manage billing and payments, handle insurance claims, billing, payroll, tax payments, bank deposits and ensure financial efficiency.
● Compliance & Safety: Ensure the clinic remains compliant with healthcare regulations, licensing and insurance requirements, and safety protocols.
● Marketing & Media: Promote clinic growth through local outreach, help with social media pictures and posts, and creating media publications.
● Property Management: Collect rent and oversee maintenance payments. Assist with scheduling of building upkeep and repairs.
Qualifications:
● Experience in healthcare administration, clinic management, or a related field.
● Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to be kind, compassionate and confidential is a must.
● Knowledge of medical billing, insurance processes, and scheduling software is a plus.
● Knowledge of google drive and Canva is a plus.
● Familiarity with acupuncture and holistic health practices is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Compensation: $18/Hourly
● Hours: Part-time to Full-time hours (typically 20 to 30 hours per week). Hours can vary depending on clinic needs. Work schedules can be flexible depending on clinic and personal needs.
