All of our balms are handmade by our Chinese Medicine practitioner, Claire Wigglesworth, L.Ac., MAOM.

All of our tea is artisanal premium loose-leaf and super delicious for daily drinking and special occasions. Many of the teas are organic, wild-picked, and rare.

BALMS: Our very own Chinese Medicine practitioner, Claire Wigglesworth, L.Ac., MAOM, hand-makes each herbal balm using all-natural herbal ingredients. Her balms focus on health and wellness from the outside-in! She has an amazing CBD balm that helps with sleep and body pain, a Send-on salve for dry and cracked skin, a Soothe salve for itchy and red skin, a Tendon-on salve for tendon repair and healing, and even a cast-iron balm for your kitchen pan!
TEA: Tea has been used as medicine in cultures across the world for thousands of years. Enjoy a cup in the comfort of your own home or on the go while benefiting your overall health and wellness! Check out the tea descriptions below to learn about their flavor profile (wei) and internal health benefits and energetics (qi). These teas are all perfect daily drinking teas, as well as helping your internal health: win-win. They can be steeped multiple times in a day.

CBD SALVE:

CBD is known to reduce chronic pain & inflammation. It works synergetically with the other herbs to strongly & effectively stop pain.

  • sore muscles
  • muscle cramps/PMS
  • joint pain
  • headache
  • sleep
  • anxiety
In Chinese medicine, where qi & blood are stagnant, pain occurs. Frankincense (ru xiang) & myrrh (mo yao) are used in combination to treat stagnation of blood. White peony (bai shao) & angelica (dang gui) are potent for treating menstrual irregularities & PMS symptoms.
TEND ON SALVE:

Treats chronic injury to tendons & ligaments.

  • recurring tendonitis
  • pulley injuries
  • slow to heal or chronic sprains
Unlike muscles, tendons don't have an extensive, direct supply of blood. This can make tendon injuries recalcitrent & slow to heal.

The use of warming Chinese herbs in this salve helps to stimulate local circulation. This creates healthy blood supply & supports long-term healing.

*do not use on injuries that get worse with the application of heat or which have residual inflammation.

CAST IRON CARE BAR:

Used for building & maintaining a non-stick surface on your favorite cast iron pan.

  • creates protective base layer which is built upon while cooking
  • protects against water
  • protects against rust
Use of this bar can bring your pan back to life! Follow instructions to deep-season cast iron or carbon steel ware.

Instructions: Preheat oven to 450F. Give the pan a quick rinse. Place on stovetop on low heat until completely dry & warm. Touch the conditioner to the pan, using as little as possible so you have a thin layer in the middle. Use a clean cloth to spread the conditioner all over the pan, inside & out including the handle & bottom. Be sure that nothing drips when you turn the pan over. Use a dry cloth to thoroughly wipe off as much as possible. Place warm cast iron upside down on the top rack of oven and bake for 1 hour. Turn off the oven & leave the pan to completely cool. If your pan is in bad shape, you may need to repeat the process several times. The pan must cool completely between seasoning session to cure & harden properly.
SEND SALVE:

A delightful herbal hand cream to nourish & moisturize skin

  • reduces inflammation
  • relives itching
  • moisturizes
  • antibiotic & antimicrobial
Great for use on cracked skin, minor cuts, burns or skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Massage into hands, feet, or any area that need some extra daily TLC.

This oolong comes from the Phoenix Mountains of Southeastern China, where some of the most sought-after teas of the world grow. This area is famous for red soils with mineral-rich fresh water springs, which gives the tea extraordinary flavor. Pure, refreshing and nutritive. Very light caffeine that uplifts. Great for morning journaling and artistic time.

Drum Mountain White

Soft honey with a lightly toasted flavor and smooth, round mouth feel. This tea has been cultivated for centuries by Buddhist monks near the peak of Drum Mountain in tropical Southeastern China.
