Tai chi Foundationswith Dr. Joseph Fiala, L.Ac., DACM
Join Joseph outside at the beautiful Ward Oates Amphitheater for an 8-week journey into mindful movement & embodiment through Tai chi. All levels welcomed. You can come to one or all. $15 drop-in, & discount at $80 for the whole series. Just show up. Tai chi is amazing at strengthening your muscles and tendons, increasing joint mobility, improving balance, balancing your nervous system, moving your lymphathic system and developing your inner smile. Joseph has been teaching Tai chi for over 15 years, and looks forward to sharing this 700 year old practice with you. |

Guided Meditationwith Carrie Seay
Join us for these special summer guided meditation sessions with the incredible Carrie Seay.
Carrie creates a welcoming, fun, and deeply connecting environment with her meditations. We have comfortable zero gravity chairs, regular chairs, floor chairs, and yoga mats and cushions- so you can find a comfortable spot for yourself to be guided into a beautiful and diverse internal meditative world. Carrie sets the stage by telling you what energetics are happening for this month, then guides you on 30-45 minute internal journey. It is common to interact with your heart garden, clear your chakras, connect with your body and energy field, and more. And don't worry if you aren't familiar with these areas- Carrie is a gentle, funny and warm guide. After the meditation, she leaves time for journaling and drawing, and sharing (if anyone is moved to do so). All welcomed. No experience necessary. Just show up! By donation. |
