Qigong is a type of Chinese yoga, where you meditate in movement and use the breath to create opening and activation in the body. It feels great, too. These videos keep it all on the easy side, but be sure to monitor yourself as with any level of exercise. Since we won't be at your side, you'll take responsibility for keeping yourself injury-free.
