When Katie does her body work, she focuses on relieving ischemic holds and using passive motions and isometric contractions to help you feel your best. How does this work? When our soft and hard tissues get traumatized, they need assistance to unlock and unwind. Once they do that, they can re-lay in their natural anatomical alignment.
