Guided Meditation Group held the 3rd Sunday of each month in the beautiful blue room of the clinic. Just walk in the front door, down our beautiful golden hallway to the blue community room at the end of the hall. If the french door is closed, just enter quietly. You are welcome any time during the chanting and meditation session.
Open to all! No experience needed or registration needed, just a curious mind and an open heart:) Just show up! Carrie Seay, Craniosacral and Intuition Medicine healer, will lead you in a guided meditation to explore your inner world and you heart garden, and have some fun and healing along the way. 5:30-7 p.m. the 3rd Sunday of each month.
