We are very excited to announce that we will be offering our fourth all-inclusive TLC healing retreat this Fall 2019! 

 Our retreat days will have a lovely flow to them, including meals, dharma talk, yoga, treatment, lots of beach time, art, guided meditation and more.

We will also ensure you have plenty of time to integrate, rest, relax and heal - this is a retreat after all!

At a glance, this retreat's offerings will include: 
​
  • 6 nights of comfortable and relaxing accommodations
  • 3 organic, wholesome, delicious meals per day, as well as snacks throughout the day
  • High-quality, transformative teas and tea journeys for elevation and enlightenment
  • Daily treatment, which will be individualized according to your needs and can include Chinese medicine, Craniosacral therapy and bodywork 
  • Dharma talks tailored for self-improvement, expansion of consciousness, practical health skills, education and growth
  • An introduction to dreamwork and family constellation work, as tools for listening to and engaging with the path of our own psyche
  • Art explorations for expression, vision and grounding
  • Group work for forming a community to share our individual journeys and create a healing container throughout the whole house, stimulating connection, integration and revelation
  • Daily movement (such as yoga, qigong, and beach walking) usually on the beach, for physical embodiment and harmonization of spiritual work
  • Guided meditations for opening and unlocking deeper strength and for inner exploration
  • Safe and supported space for rest and play, integration and grounding

​Here's what a retreat day will loosely look like*:

8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
Yoga or Qigong 

9:00 a.m.
Breakfast

10:00 - 1 p.m.
 Individual 60-90 minute treatments with a mix of Acupuncture/Classical Chinese Medicine/Craniosacral/bodywork individualized to your needs

* One day in the middle of the week, we will take a treatment break to let our bodies integrate and have tea and Family Constellation Work*

1 - 5 p.m.
Lunch, Sabbath & Beach Time

5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Movement & Art

6:30 to 8 p.m.
Dinner & Social
Sunset viewing around 7 p.m.

8:00 to 8:30 p.m.
The group reconvenes in the evening to integrate the day. Restful guided meditation and/or movement

9:00 p.m.
Free time to get some great sleep, or relax on the deck or in the hot tub, drink wine--whatever your pleasure

Retreat Fees

Consistent with The Light Clinic's mission to provide the highest quality integrative and holistic care at the lowest possible cost, we manage our fees well by keeping the retreat small.

*These fees include everything the retreat has to offer: lodging, meals, treatment, dharma talks, art, movement classes, Family Constellation, guided meditations, teas, space to rest and relax at the beach, and more:) $50 additional charge if using a credit card.

*Please note that these fees do not include travel expenses.

Deposit: For all rooms, we will need a $750 deposit to secure your place, to be followed by the rest of the payment before the retreat. If you need assistance with a payment plan, please let us know and we are happy to open that conversation.
